New in Saarbrücken – in the broadcasting centre of Saarländischer Rundfunk on the Halberg
100 years of radio historyFrom the beginnings of radio technology and broadcasting, the SR Radio Museum displays more than 55 radio sets and shows all visitors the technical developments of radio under historical conditions right up to today's ubiquitous radio.
The SR Radio Museum is supported by the Saar Historical Museum, the State Museum of Technology and Labour in Mannheim (TECHNOSEUM) and the Museum of Communication in Frankfurt.
