The SportBox contains sports equipment such as kettle bells, slam balls, a battle rope, black rolls, speed ropes, mini bands, rackets, a sling trainer and superbands, which you can use individually. There is also a first aid kit in the box.You can find the SportBox on the bank of the Saar in St Arnual, Daarler Brücke, behind the Kulturbiergarten.
To use it, download the SportBox app from the Play or App Store. Book a time slot of up to one hour, open the box with the app via Bluetooth and off you go.
The app also contains videos of athletes demonstrating various exercises with the available equipment and providing professional instruction.
