The Saar Crane below the Wilhelm Heinrich Bridge bears witness to the flourishing trading history of the city of Saarbrücken.Built in 1761 by the Krahnen-Gesellschaft according to Stengel's plans, it was rebuilt in 1991 thanks to donations after being destroyed several times.
