Fantastic far-reaching views at a height of 265 metres
From the highest point, you can enjoy a fantastic view over Saarbrücken and large parts of the Saar valley.You can hike around the Kaninchenberg via various paths and trails. Due to the uneven and unsurfaced paths, we recommend sturdy footwear and the route is not suitable for walking with a pushchair.
You can reach the Kaninchenberg on foot, by Saarbahn or by car from the city centre. The Saarbahn Kieselhumes stop is a good starting point for anyone who would like to travel by public transport.
For those travelling by car, the residential area 'Am Kaninchenberg' offers parking facilities.
There is also a playground at the bottom of the hill.
